Search Agents

We offer a ‘search agent’ service, acting for clients both locally and abroad to find their perfect home. By instructing Cherry Picked Residential as your search agent you will be allowing us to find your perfect property, matching your specified criteria and arranging to view property with other agents on your behalf. Once a suitable property is found we will assist with the negotiation and help with agreeing a deal.

Conveyancing

We are affiliated with a number of local solicitors and refer purely on recommendation from our clients. Having first-hand experience with the solicitors, we know the individuals dealing with the case are efficient, proactive and responsive to ensure the process is dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Mortgage advice

We understand the importance of arranging a mortgage; getting great advice is the difference between buying a house or your perfect home. We are happy for you to arrange this yourself or we can point you in the right direction.
