By instructing Cherry Picked Residential as your search agent you will be allowing us to find your perfect property, matching your specified criteria and arranging to view property with other agents on your behalf. Once a suitable property is found we will assist with the negotiation and help with agreeing a deal.
Conveyancing
We are affiliated with a number of local solicitors and refer purely on recommendation from our clients. Having first-hand experience with the solicitors, we know the individuals dealing with the case are efficient, proactive and responsive to ensure the process is dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Viewings appointments
All viewings will be arranged with as much notice as possible and we will attend each viewing unless agreed prior to the appointment. The client’s thoughts and feedback are essential to ensuring your property sells, therefore we aim to get offers and feedback to you immediately.
