Location:
The property is ideally situated in a highly sought-after area popular with medical professionals and academics, offering excellent access to Oxford City Centre and a wide range of local amenities. The John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill and Nuffield Hospitals along with the surrounding medical facilities are all within easy reach.
There is a good selection of primary and secondary schools in the vicinity, including the newly built Swan School on Marston Ferry Road and Headington Rye School on Headington Road.
Positioned just off the main Marston Road, the location offers convenient access in multiple directions. To the north, Headley Way provides access to a local parade of shops, including a Co-op and a variety of eateries, as well as connections to the A40 ring road. To the south, the Marston Road leads directly to the bottom of Headington Road and St Clements, where Oxford Brookes University is located, and the glorious South Park for its relaxation and stunning views of Oxford from the top and where various activities are held including an annual fire work display. St Clements provides regular bus services into the city centre and direct coach links to London Victoria, Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
For outdoor enjoyment, New Marston Recreation Ground is just a short walk away, offering access to scenic pedestrian and cycle routes across the meadows leading directly into the heart of Oxford.

In The Owners Own Words:
We enjoyed the fact that the property retains some character, and that it is very conveniently located within Oxford, permitting us to walk or cycle into the city centre easily, or to use public transport into the city centre or London. Given that it is a terraced house with double glazing, and wall/loft insulation we found that energy bills are lower than expected, and a small combi boiler was sufficient for heating the space. The woodburning stove added to a cozy feel in winter, and the conservatory permitted entertaining even on rainy days. The large secure shed (6mx2.4m) provided ample bicycle and leisure equipment storage, so we were always ready for a cycle into the city, or a kayak outing onto the River Cherwell on sunny Sunday afternoons…………
