The house is very private, positioned in such a way that it can’t really be overlooked. Additionally, the south facing large garden makes for really enjoyable evenings in the warmer weather, and the facade gets a fair bit of sunlight too. This was originally meant to be our forever home, and we invested heavily in making it as efficient and beautiful as we could. We also upgraded the kitchen counter to a beautiful white stone top.
