In the owners words:
"We have found that over the 20 years we have lived here that everything was on hand to support us as a working and growing family. The local schools all have a good reputation and we will miss the easy access for local hospitals and shops and parks. The park and ride is very convenient for travel in to Oxford or for coach travel to London Birmingham and Heathrow or Gatwick airports. The local walks on Shotover Country park and Breasnose woods are ideal family and dog walking areas. Burlington Crescent is ideal for car travel in any direction, north, south, east or west. The coast or country are both easily accessible for days out. Dual carriageway and motorways mean nowhere is too difficult to get to. The first set of traffic lights after the park and ride travelling towards London are 45 miles away. We will miss the large parking area at the front, plenty of room for visitors, no need for them to park on the road. We love the period features of the house the high ceilings and the generous room sizes. The garden is large and has an entertainment area and a hidden greenhouse and veggie plot. Everything for a keen gardener."
