"The house has a very calm, peaceful, sunny vibe around it. It is South facing and backs onto the beautiful countryside and woodland of Shotover Park, and feels very private because it is not directly overlooked at the front or the back. 

Number 18 is a typical 1930's has three good bedrooms (two large and one smaller) with the original doors, picture rails and skirting boards, and the hallway/living/dining areas are very open, light and spacious. I carried out some renovations about six years ago, updating the bathroom to a simple clean white suite... (which was previously avocado), and adding new kitchen work-surfaces to the vintage Moben kitchen. 

More recently, I have had the beautiful wooden floors sanded and varnished, and the internal walls and woodwork decorated in calming greys and whites to bring light and space to the house. I have also added fresh white wooden tape blinds throughout the house, and chrome door handles to give a more modern feel.
