In the words on the owners:
“My husband was born in Kidlington and we have lived in Cherry Close since it was built in 1978. If it wasn’t for the fact that we have been planning for our retirement and moved to a ground floor flat we probably wouldn’t be selling the house. We have carried out many alterations to the property over the years to improve and extend the living space both inside and out, some with the help of professionals and some undertaken by ourselves. We have enjoyed living in Cherry Close because all the amenities are within easy walking distance. Cherry Close is a quiet and very pleasant area to live in and over the years we have been part of a community which from time to time have shared in street parties, BBQ’s, family weddings and birthdays to name but a few ‘get-togethers’. Also, we have made use of excellent links to 0xford City centre and all the finest teaching hospitals and colleges. There are many museums, galleries, theatres, areas of special scientific interest and several well renowned hotels and restaurants in the City. London and its main airports, the M40 North and South and the M25 road links are all easily accessed from Kidlington, which is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to commute daily.”
